Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. One of them is to select your Country location. This is important so that we may calculate shipping costs. If you use PayPal Express Checkout make sure you complete the Country selection before clicking the PayPal button.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Each product, by its nature, will be a different weight and size and therefore as you process your purchase the shipping options will be calculated and offered to you.
Our default is to offer next day dispatch and following day delivery on all items being sent to the mainland UK where funds have cleared for the purchase.
We prefer to use a courier broker to offer you the best, secure delivery possible. The courier will require a telephone number for the shipping address or consignee. This information will not be stored or used by BBZGuitars other than for facilitating the delivery of your purchases.
International shipping will be charged at cost and usually will be delivered to by our couriers in 4 working days of purchase and cleared funds.
If you have any concerns regarding shipping, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will keep you informed with tracking details and website contacts for the courier service used.

Once delivery of the articles has been accepted no responsibility, (save that which may apply under the manufacturers’ warranty), will apply to damage to the goods.
If the articles are damaged in transit, they will be covered by the insurance which will be included in the shipping price. All we require is that you tell us immediately and enable us to arrange for collection and schedule replacement, within 3 working days, at no further cost to you, the customer.
Note: Stock availability may deem that a refund will be applied in this instance
Should the article arrive undamaged but in a faulty state, (however unlikely that may be), please inform us immediately and we will arrange for the faulty article to be collected and a full refund or a suitable replacement be provided at no extra cost.
If the item arrives undamaged and without fault but you change your mind about the purchase, you MUST return the item within 7 calendar days at your own cost, with full insurance during transit and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price for the item.
Please note the refund will not include the original cost of shipping that we charged you or the cost of you shipping it back fully insured, to us.
Your rights are not affected by any of BBZGuitars policies.
