Traynor Custom Valve 20WR answers the need for guitar players looking for superior sounding all-tube tone in a smaller, yet still feature loaded, lower powered, more manageable amplifier package. The Traynor Custom Valve 20WR is perfect for the studio or for any gig where 15 tube watts is more than enough power, but full functionality is required. Unlike competitive amplifiers in this class, the YCV20WR offers the discriminating player two discrete footswitchable channels with true independent gain and volume controls on each.

A master three band EQ, effects loop (line output) as well as an internal spring reverb are all standard equipment. Additional controls include bright switch on the clean channel and boost switch on the lead channel.

The Traynor Custom Valve 20WR ensures clean quiet operation by borrowing the same DC Filament and regulated power supply design as used in its big brothers, the Custom Valve 40 and Custom Valve 80's. The YCV20WR is a "Class A" power amplifier driven by three Sovtek 12AX7A's and two EL84's and features a Celestion "Greenback" G12M 12 speaker, for a truly classic tone. The Custom Valve 50BLUE is based on the already extremely popular Custom Valve 40, which was a past Guitar Player™ Editor's Pick Award Winner.
Real tube overdrive is provided by three premium Sovtek 12AX7A dual triode preamp tubes while the 50 watts of real tube power is provided by two Sovtek EL34 power tubes. The internal gadgetry in this channel switching amp provides great flexibility, but makes it very easy to get a great tone.

The combination of the tube power and the Celestion™ Vintage 30 speaker can only be described as magical. They have added a Blue Nubtex covering, black grille, black logo as well as black plastic corners along with the EL34 power tubes to complete a whole new look and feel that is destined to become a classic. This combined with the Celestion™ Vintage 30 speaker help gives the Custom Valve 50BLUE a rich "boutique" look, sound and feel.

The three basic tones (clean, crunch and overdrive) are easily defined. Great tone at low levels can be easily achieved, thanks in part to the addition of a Master volume control not found on the 20 and 40 watt Traynor amps in the Custom Valve series. The voicing of the lead channel has been tweaked to provide a more ominous or darker "British" tone, a natural evolution for an amp powered by EL34 power tubes as this complements the tubes natural tonal characteristics.

Although signal-to-noise is not normally a specification that is discussed where guitar amplifiers are concerned, the ultra-quiet Custom Valve 50BLUE makes it an issue. General Overview.

The Bassrider 400 is a bass amp combo with many cool features that any bass
player will find very usable. Whether you're gigging, recording, practicing or
just beginning the Bassrider 400 will deliver the goods.






The Bassrider is a 400 Watts RMS into 8 ohm valve hybrid amp. The combo is
fitted with a Celestion BL15-400 8 Ohm 15" bass driver and also an 8 Ohm
200 Watt 1" HF driver. The HF driver can be attenuated via a switch on the
rear panel with 3 different settings. Standard (0dB), Padded (-6dB) or
Disabled.

The cabinet has been designed in such a way that the driver is angled
slightly upward, giving the user a far better listening perspective whilst
using the amp. There's no longer any need to seek out an old beer crate to
stand it on, or a stick to lean it back against so you can hear yourself!
The Bassrider 400 can also be configured with extension speaker cabs for
bigger venues, or simply more oomph! With the addition of an 8 Ohm cab
(minimum handling of 400 Watts RMS) the total output will rise to
600 Watts RMS.

Adding a 4 Ohm cab (minimum handling of 600 Watts RMS) the amp will
deliver a huge 800 Watts RMS. Using the built in limiter will ensure a clean,
powerful bass sound at very high SPL's.

As mentioned earlier the Bassrider 400 is a hybrid amp utilising a valve
preamp stage, allowing the amp to deliver a warm analogue sound. The
demise of the valve a few years ago left many amps sounding brittle and
unexciting, but over time players, designers and listeners have all agreed
that there simply is no substitute for a valve amp.

So Indie decided to incorporate an 'old school' valve front end into the
Bassrider 400 thus allowing the natural tone and yumminess (if that's a
word?) of an analogue instrument to shine through. The valve preamp
accurately reproduces and very often can beautifully emphasise the second
harmonics and further overtones that transistor amps nearly always fail to
capture. And additionally, when driven a bit harder that natural valve
compression and clipping adds even more punch and grit.

The Bassrider 400 truly is a hybrid amp, combining classic valve technology
and tone with modern controls and features. Designed by musicians not
laboratory technicians, it's built to last and is simple to use.

The amp has a selectable Parallel or Series FX Loop, Balanced XLR Line Out, Unbalanced Jack Lineout, Pre-amp Gain knob, Built in Compressor/ Limiter, a Bright switch and a 7 Band EQ that can be switch on and off.

There's also a Tap Button that makes it easy to set the delay time or modulation speed.

Play it anywhere!
The ingenious DA5 can be powered by its AC adapter or by six C batteries. A built-in output power switch (5W, 1.5W, 0.5W) helps extend battery life and lets you play at lower volume without losing any tone or feel.

That's not the only trick the clever DA5 has ups its sleeve. Connect an external audio device such as a CD or MP3 player to the DA5's AUX IN, plug a mic into the MIC INPUT, plug your guitar in, and you can play and sing along with your favorite band or recording!

The DA5 is equipped with a combination Line/Headphone output so you can connect to a headphone, mixer or recorder. Little Yet Loud!
The Pathfinder 10’s powerful yet always tone-filled 10-Watt output, makes this amp perfect for home practice, backstage warm-up and recording. The Clean/Overdrive switch allows you to change instantly between clean and dirty sounds. With a mere press of this switch you can go from a crystal clear clean sound to our uniquely warm distortion; or from a slightly crunchy bluesy tone to a high-gain, modern-rock roar.

Headphone/Lineout jack
Want to practice late at night without disturbing your neighbours? No problem! Just plug your headphones into the Headphone/Line Out jack and away you go – your sleeping neighbours won’t hear a thing because using this jack automatically mutes the amp’s speaker! This jack also doubles as a specially filtered Line Out which is perfect for recording your amp without having to worry about setting up any pesky microphones. The Pathfinder 10 also features controls for Gain, Treble, Bass and Volume plus a Clean/Overdrive switch.

TOP PANEL FEATURES
Input Jacks. This, believe it or not, is where you plug your guitar into the amp!
Gain Control. This adjusts the overall preamp gain of the amplifier. This control can produce a wide variety of killer tones - from clean to crunchy to crazy and all points in-between! What you get all depends on how you set this control and also how you have the Clean/Overdrive Switch (3) set. In both Switch modes - Clean & Overdrive - turning the Gain control down (i.e. counter clockwise) will clean up your sound while cranking it up (i.e. turning it clockwise) will dirty things up. The possibilities are endless.
Clean/Overdrive Switch. As its name suggests, this switch puts the preamp of the Pathfinder 10 in one of two distinctly different modes -Clean (switch "out") or Overdrive (switch "in"). And, as you'd expect, the Overdrive mode has bags more gain than the Clean mode. So, if you want more gain just press this button in and let rip!
Treble Control. This adjusts the treble (high) frequencies in your tone. It can take your sound from soft and round, to bright and cutting, and any point in-between.
Bass Control. This adjusts the bass (low) frequencies in your tone. It can take your sound from warm and light, to dark and heavy and any point in-between.
Volume Control. This determines the overall volume of the amplifier. Setting this control high while keeping the Gain low works well for clean sounds (HINT: make sure the Clean/Overdrive Switch is "out" if you wanna go clean!), while setting the Master Volume lower, engaging the Overdrive mode and turning up the Gain will give you a fat, distorted sound at a lower, "bedroom friendly" volume.
Headphone/Line Out Jack. This dual output carries a specially filtered signal for use with either headphones or for direct connection to a soundboard or recording console. The LINE OUT gives you a good sounding signal for recording or live work without having to mic up the amp. Inserting a jack-plug into this jack will mute the internal speaker.
Power ON/OFF Switch & LED. On/Off switch for mains (AC) power to amplifier. Plus power indicator LED.

VOX Pathfinder 15R Combo Amp with effects

With the classic good looks of its bigger brothers, the new 15-Watt, 1 x 8" Pathfinder 15 combo packs a profusion of VOX style and sound into a highly compact and affordable package. Like other family members, it sports typical VOX characteristics like basket-weave vinyl, diamond grille cloth, white piping, gold beading and, of course, ‘chicken head’ pointer knobs.

Performance Control
The Pathfinder 15 houses a wonderful sounding, vintage Tremolo effect and is extremely versatile when it comes to tone. Its distinctive, maroon coloured top panel features a Gain Boost switch plus controls for Volume, Gain, Treble, Bass, Tremolo Speed and Tremolo Depth. Both the Gain Boost and the built-in Tremolo are footswitchable via an optional, VOX VFS2 dual footswitch, offering you even more performance power.

Bulldog Speakers and More
The Pathfinder 15 produces 15 Watts of power that drives a specially voiced 8" VOX Bulldog speaker. In addition to a Headphone output that mutes the internal speaker for ‘silent’ practice, the rear panel also has a specially filtered Line Out jack for recording/live work and an External Speaker output as well.

Pathfinder 15R – 15 Watt, 1 x 8" Combo with Reverb, plus Footswitchable Gain Boost & Tremolo
The Pathfinder 15R is identical to the Pathfinder 15 but also features an onboard Spring Reverb system with a Reverb control that adjusts the level of the effect.

Top Panel Features

Input Jack. Standard 1/4" jack for guitar connection.
Gain Control. Set higher for crunch and distortion sounds and lower for cleaner tones.
Boost Switch. Press in for more gain and distortion. Press out for cleaner sounds. You can turn this function on and off remotely with the optional VFS2 Footswitch.
Volume Control. Controls the overall volume. Set high for clean sounds. Lower the level when setting the Gain control high for distortion.
Treble Control. Adjusts the higher frequencies or treble in your tone, from soft and full at one extreme to bright and cutting at the other.

VFS5

By using the optional VFS5 foot switch you can switch programs, turn reverb or other effects on/off, or make speed/tap settings using your foot. This is a great advantage when you're creating sounds or performing live.



The VFS5 employs a tough steel design with traditional mechanical foot switches and an extra long five meter integral jack lead. The VFS5 currently works only with the following models: VT15, VT30, VT50 & VT100.
